With a passion for food and exercise Snack Smarts is here to help you with your diet and exercise program. Snack Smarts places emphasis on healthy wholesome food choices and drinking enough water. We are on a mission to make exercise fun and eating stress free.

We also want your children to have fun learning about food and exercise and the importance of eating a balanced diet daily. Our Bingo Bites game can help kids understand what they need to eat to stay healthy and fit. Parents might also have some fun with it too.

The founder of Snack Smarts has lived in many roles. From a college student, to a paper pusher 8-5, to a traveling business woman, to a stay-at-home-parent. All in which she stayed in shape, defeated being overweight, and continues to cook wholesome meals for the family. She knows what works and what doesn't.

Being former co-owner of Everydayfruit.com M.C. knows what people are looking for in a snack and is happy to suggest a beneficial snack solution for people. She also knows the Kettle Valley Dried Fruit product line from Sunopta, Inc. like the back of her hand. She has been selling their products for 10+ years. Her favorite Kettle Valley Dried Fruit product is Apricot Real Fruit Bar. My husband's favority is any of the Real Fruit Twists. My toddler loves the organic Real Fruit Snacks and the natural Real Fruit Snacks....he doesn't care what flavor as long as he gets one!

Along with her Recreation degree from Indiana University and her Nutrition Consultant background, Snack Smarts is sure to put some smarts into not only your snacks, but also put some fun into your exercise routine.
